The competition is open to all males and females over 18, and the lucky winner will be chosen by model scout Jules Fallon, stylist Maria Fusco and Roz Flanagan of Dublin Wives fame.
And they’ll be in great company – previous chip models include Georgia Salpa and Nadia Forde, who did this lovely shoot to promote National Fish and Chips Day.
